Do I need a referral?

No. You do not need any referral to consult our doctors.

Do you treat children?

No. We treat patients with age 18 and older.

What is your refund policy?

We do not refund the fees for cancellations or no-shows.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. You can submit reschedule request through patient portal or call our office.

How do I prepare for my video visit?

After you schedule a telemedicine appointment you will receive an email with appointment link via Zoom. Use that link about 5 minutes prior to appointment to make sure it works fine. 

You will also receive an invite to register for Patient Portal. We encourage that your register for that.

We also recommend that you upload any prior relevant lab/imaging/office notes to the Patient Portal. Alternatively you can submit any of these records via email to [email protected]

How do I obtain my medical records?

You have access to all of your medical records through patient portal.

Do you communicate with my primary care doctor?

Yes. Upon your request we can submit notes/letter to your primary care doctor.

Can you send prescriptions to my pharmacy?

Yes. We can send electronic prescription to your preferred pharmacy.

Do you work with labs?

Yes. We are integrated with LabCorp, Quest Diagnostic Lab and some others.
