We treat common neurological conditions at our Charlotte clinic as well as over telemedicine. These include migraines, chronic headaches, ADHD, memory problems, post-stroke care and more. We do not provide any emergency care. If our doctor believes that your condition cannot be satisfactorily evaluated over telemedicine then we might recommend a clinic visit at Charlotte, NC if feasible.

Yes. You can submit reschedule request through patient portal or call our office.
After you schedule a telemedicine appointment you will receive an email with appointment link via Zoom. Use that link about 5 minutes prior to appointment to make sure it works fine.
You will also receive an invite to register for Patient Portal. We encourage that your register for that.
We also recommend that you upload any prior relevant lab/imaging/office notes to the Patient Portal. Alternatively you can submit any of these records via email to [email protected]
You have access to all of your medical records through patient portal.
Yes. Upon your request we can submit notes/letter to your primary care doctor.
Yes. We can send electronic prescription to your preferred pharmacy.
Yes. We are integrated with LabCorp, Quest Diagnostic Lab and some others.
